Perhaps the thing that makes the waiting ones most anxious is to hear the "yes" that they will recieve surgery and to watch some depart with a yellow card in hand praising God for an opportunity to come on the ship.
It is so good to get these updates Hettie!! It must have been similar for Jesus when the crowds came to him to be healed. I pray that you would be able to tell them about the great healer of souls as you tend to their physical needs. God bless you in this great work.
